Home Love is now offering preventative maintenance plans, scheduled on a quarterly basis at your convenience after a free home assessment.
During your assessment, we will walk with you through your home to develop your ideal maintenance plan. Packages start at $400, which includes:
4 visits a year (1 hour each)
A $25 materials credit for each visit, which can pay for a new furnace filter or other materials (mounting supplies, toilet flappers, etc.)
If you pay in full at the time of your assessment, pay only $365.

Please note that additional time after the quarterly visit hour will be billed to the nearest 15 minutes.Additional materials costs (such as second and third furnace filters not covered by the materials credit) will be invoiced separately at the time of service (we can anticipate most of these additional costs and estimate them during your initial assessment visit). *Water filters will be billed separately.
