HomeLove offers a customizable HOME HEALTH PLAN featuring a free home assessment and quarterly visits to perform repairs, maintenance and improvements in your home.
During your free home assessment, we visit your home and develop your customized plan. Packages start at $400 for our Home Health Plan, which includes:
4 separate one-hour visits a year
For each visit, a $25 materials credit which can be applied to items such as new furnace filters, mounting supplies, toilet flappers, etc.)

SAMPLE SERVICES
Furnace, air or water filter replacement
Testing and maintaining smoke and carbon monoxide
Hanging frames and shelves
Checking and cleaning your AC, hot water tanks, or HVAC systems, including AC condensers, dryer vents, and exhaust fans
Repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as slow-moving drains and leaky toilets
Garbage disposal or drain testing and clean-out
Replace fridge filters and light bulbs
Repair cabinets or door and drawer hinges
Cleaning out gutters
Power washing your siding, windows and driveways
Caulking and repairing holes or leaks
Please note that your Home Health Plan will include completion of services for an hour at each visit and, for additional time after the included hour, you would be billed for labor but we will bill in 15 minute increments so you don’t pay for unused time.
Costs for additional materials (such as water filters or second and third furnace filters not covered by the materials credit) will be invoiced separately at the time of service, but we can anticipate most additional costs and provide an estimate to you at your initial assessment.
